IITM celebrates World Meteorological Day 2022 on 23^rd March 2022

A special session is being organised to mark World Meteorological Day 2022 on 23^rd March 2022 during the 7th International Workshop on Monsoons IWM (under the World Weather Research Programme WWRP of the World Meteorological Organization WMO).

This International Workshop is being jointly organised by IITM (the International Monsoons Project Office IMPO), India Meteorological Department (IMD), Ministry of Earth Sciences (MoES), GOI and the WWRP Working Group on Tropical Meteorology Research (WGTMR), in cooperation with CLIVAR/GEWEX Monsoons Panel of the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) and IMPO.
