AI/ML Virtual Training Workshop

An AI/ML virtual training workshop is being organised on 9th and 10th May 2022, for scientists/students of MoES institutes, by the AI/ML virtual centre of MoES in collaboration with the DESK program of MoES. This training has an introduction-level hands-on course that explores the concepts of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), python programming and understanding the essential libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Cartopy etc. Also, an overview of AI and ML methods & techniques and application to computational problems on mixed data sets (few weather domain data and few simple data sets). This course will benefit students/scientists who want to venture into the AI/ML in Meteorology/Oceanography/Earth Sciences. Non-MoES scientists/students can access the study material and recorded lectures after the workshop in website of AI/ML virtual center.
