• Although the above EoI call has been formally cancelled, the document continues to provide the basic outline and scope of the proposed project.
• The purpose of this Discussion Meeting is to invite Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Firms (EPC), organizations, institutions, manufacturers, and academic/research institutions interested in this developmental project to provide their inputs on various aspects of the project.
• Specifically, inputs are invited on the turnkey nature of the project, design and engineering methodologies, sub-contracting aspects, scientific and technical expertise required, and project timelines.
• The inputs received may be considered in preparing an exhaustive Request for Proposal (RFP) for the project. At this stage, no commitment is required from any participant.
