Financial Support

We strongly encourage the applicant to secure the financial support from national/institutional resources. However, limited financial support is available to support participation of students, early career scientists and scientists from developing countries to attend the conference who are submitting the abstract as lead author. Successful applicants will be notified on the result of the selection process by mid March 2013. Priority will be given to:

1. Students: those pursuing their graduate studies (MSc, PhD)
2. Early Career Scientists: post-graduates and researchers who received their highest degree in 2007 or later
3. Scientists from emerging and developing economies

What to do for Requesting Financial Support ?

1. Submit an abstract of a paper to the conference, of which he/she is the principal author.
2. In the abstract submission form, select the option "Yes" in "Do you require financial support?".

To apply for financial support, Write brief mail requesting for financial support and send it to c4@tropmet.res.in along with your brief cv(Not more than 2 pages)

Note : The selected candidates will be provided full financial assistance along with free lodging and boarding from 1 day prior to the workshop to 1 day after workshop.
